In an effort for the Secretary of the Board of Directors to keep accurate books and records of the Company [Bylaws §4.06], the Board of Directors decided to review the list of Shareholders currently appearing in the books and records of the Company at the Annual Meeting to be held December 8, 2025. An Important Notice in this regard was included in the Annual Meeting Packet sent to you on November 17, 2025 (the “Notice”).
